Rental Waiver
& Release
All riders must complete this waiver before renting e-bikes or our beach golf carts. This agreement ensures that everyone understands the safety rules and helps keep our coastal adventures fun and secure for all families.
1. Riding at Your Own Risk
I acknowledge that riding e-bikes or driving a golf cart involves inherent risks, including potential injury or property damage. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for all risks associated with the rental and operation of the equipment provided by Beach Ride Rentals.
2. Local Laws and Safety Rules
I agree to strictly follow all local traffic laws, beach regulations, and posted safety signs. I will operate the equipment in a safe and responsible manner, yielding to pedestrians and maintaining awareness of my surroundings at all times.
3. Helmet Requirements
For the safety of all riders, Beach Ride Rentals provides helmets with every rental. I agree to wear a properly fitted helmet at all times while operating or riding on the equipment, and I ensure that all members of my party do the same.
4. Responsibility for Equipment
I am fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period. I agree to pay for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment that occurs while it is in my possession. The equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received.
5. Release of Liability
I hereby release Beach Ride Rentals, its owners, and employees from any and all liability for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from the use of rented equipment, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I agree that this release is binding upon my heirs and assigns.
